About Dr. Karsy

Dr. Karsy is a skull base neurosurgeon who focuses on cranial skull base and spine neurosurgeries. He treats tumor and vascular pathologies through minimally-invasive endoscopic and traditional, open microsurgical approaches. He works with a large multi-disciplinary team that consists of neuroradiologists, neuropathologists, neuroophthalmologists, neuroendocrinologists, and specialized otolaryngology (ENT) cancer surgeons to ensure the best treatment outcomes.

Dr. Karsy has experience with radiosurgery in a variety of complex cranial pathologies. His research interests are in improving health care outcomes, novel surgical approaches, and better molecular characterization of tumors.

Dr. Karsy is also an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Drexel University College of Medicine.
